These terms govern your use of North Voice, a product operated by Ocean Worldwide (“North Voice”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

The service

North Voice generates on-brand marketing content and, with your approval, publishes it to the social channels you connect. Features may change as the product evolves.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. You must provide accurate information and only connect social accounts and Pages that you own or are authorised to manage.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you provide and the content generated for you. You grant us the limited licence needed to generate, store, and — at your direction — publish that content to your connected channels. You are responsible for reviewing and approving content before it is published and for ensuring it is lawful and accurate.

AI-generated content

Content is produced with the help of AI and may contain errors. North Voice’s approval workflow is designed so you review posts before they go live; you are responsible for what is published from your account.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use North Voice for unlawful, misleading, infringing, or abusive content, or for spam.
  • Comply with the terms of every platform you connect (LinkedIn, X, Meta), including their content and automation policies.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service.

Third-party platforms

North Voice relies on third-party platforms and APIs that are outside our control. We are not responsible for their availability, changes, or actions they take on your accounts, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

Fees

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on the terms shown at purchase. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee any particular marketing result.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, North Voice and Ocean Worldwide will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using North Voice and delete your account at any time (see Data Deletion). We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
